We ensure that all orders are safely delivered using a secure tracking system. Our goal is to offer the best shipping options that suit your needs: Standard, Economy, and Express. At SparkleSkin, your trusted K-beauty online store, we offer fast delivery across the UAE, GCC countries, and worldwide. Please note that each product has a gross weight, which includes the product itself, protective packaging, and outer box used for international shipping. This weight is used to ensure accurate shipping cost calculations. Kindly note that some areas and countries are only eligible for express shipping —this will be indicated at checkout.

Express:
Shipping times vary by destination country, and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in each respective country. Our handling time (processing time) typically ranges from 3 to 5 days.
You can easily track your order's progress—including carrier, tracking ID, packing process media, shipping speed, and any status updates—through the "My Orders" section on SparkleSkin.

Economy 5 - 8 Days
Express 3 - 5 Days
Delivery time depends on the recipient's country and shipping method. Please check the estimated delivery time at checkout.
Required Information by Country
Certain countries require the importer's personally identifiable information, which may change periodically. Here are the details for some of them:
- Argentina: ID Number (Cuit/Cuil, DNI, Passport No.)
- Chile: VAT/Tax ID
- India: VAT/Tax ID + Passport / Voting ID / Driver's License / PAN (Permanent Account Number) and Authorization Letter (POA)
- Brazil: CNPJ/CPF Tax ID
- Turkey: VAT/Tax ID or Individual-TR ID Number for goods or prices of 22 euros or more
- Bermuda: Supplier's original invoice or proof of purchase
Special Notes
SparkleSkin ships worldwide with ease, so you don't need to worry. However, there may be slight delivery delays in certain countries.
Cosmetic Products to Spain: These can only be shipped using the Standard shipping method. Furthermore, standard shipping is only available to mainland Spain, excluding the following postal codes: [35xxx, 38xxx, 51xxx, 52xxx, 07xxx]. Cosmetic products cannot be shipped via Economy or Express methods to Spain.
Philippines:
- Standard & Economy: Available for postcodes starting with 25~, 29~, 33~, 36~, 38~, 40~, 48~, 49~, 51~, 52~.
- Long-term Delay: Available only for postcodes starting with 1~ or other areas.
- Not Available for Standard & Economy: Only available for Express shipping to Palawan Island (5314, 5315, 5316, 5317), Mindoro Island (5110, 5111).
US - Economy/Express: Available only in Alaska, Hawaii, PR, VI, MP, AS. Standard shipping is unavailable in these areas. Additional shipping charges may apply and need to be paid manually. Please contact us before checkout.
US & Europe (excluding UK and France): Standard shipping does not allow the shipment of food or supplements. You must select Economy or Express shipping for these items.
Please carefully check your shipping area and postcode before placing an order. If the postcode falls under the exceptions, you may need to select the appropriate shipping method (Standard, Economy, or Express).

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost.
SparkleSkin provides protection against the risk of physical loss or damage during transportation. Our shipping insurance offers you peace of mind, ensuring that your purchases are protected in the unlikely event of damage or loss while in transit.
Duty and Tax
All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due when the goods arrive, and the amount is determined by the local customs authority. Payment of these fees is required for you to receive your shipment.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
SparkleSkin is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply. Certain countries may require specific documentation before shipping, and failure to provide the required information may result in order delays.
